Privacy notice
Last updated 28 October 2026
Avtandil Kelbakiani (Barcelona, Spain) is responsible for the personal data collected on akey.today. Contact: get@akey.today.
What I collect
When you raise a toast or claim a discount: your name, your email address, your toast and which drink you picked.
Your game progress (coins, keys, cursors, your first name) is stored only in your own browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
I use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site (clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings), so I can make it better. Clarity sets its own cookies and may process your IP address and device details. Text you type into forms is masked. Microsoft’s privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.
I don’t use advertising cookies.
Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your card or payment details, billing country and email to process the order, prevent fraud and meet tax rules. I never see your full card details. Paddle’s privacy notice is at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Why I use it
To reply to your toast and deliver the session you paid for (performing our contract), and to keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
If you ticked “Raise it on the Toast wall”, your first name and toast line may be shown on the site (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who else sees it
Paddle (payments), Resend (sends the toast to my inbox), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics) and the site’s hosting provider. Nobody else, and I never sell data.
How long I keep it
Toasts and emails: up to 2 years after our last contact. Payment records: as long as tax law requires (in Spain, usually 6 years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it’s used, by emailing get@akey.today. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
