Terms of service
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms cover the paid sessions you can book at the Feast on akey.today. The site is run by Avtandil Kelbakiani, an independent product designer based in Barcelona, Spain (“I”, “me”). By paying for a drink you agree to these terms.
What you’re buying
Each drink at the Feast is a one-time design consultation, delivered online:
A cup of Georgian coffee ($5): a written, async reply with my first thoughts on your idea.
A glass of Saperavi ($10): a 15-minute video call about your idea.
A jug of qvevri wine ($25): a 30-minute video call plus a short written teardown.
Drink the Kantsi ($50): everything above, a follow-up call, and your name in the Hall of horns on the site.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax. Your local currency may be shown at checkout.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment is taken once, at the time of the order. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Delivery
I reply to every paid toast by email within 24 hours (a few hours if you unlocked Priority) to send the written reply or agree a time for the call.
Calls happen over video (Google Meet or Zoom) at a time we agree. If you can’t make the slot, tell me and we’ll move it.
Coins, keys, cursors, upgrades and discounts earned in the site’s game have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.
Your ideas
What you share in your toast and during our session stays yours. I won’t share it with anyone, and I’ll only show it on the Toast wall if you ticked the box to do so.
My advice is given in good faith based on what you tell me. It isn’t legal, financial or investment advice, and what you do with it is up to you.
Refunds
See the refund policy at akey.today/refunds.
